This is the wire a guy hit the other day, he is lucky it didn't break the messenger cable and fall on him. The power company was supposed to come out on Friday to cut it loose but as you can see its still hanging around. They were told of the condition of it to but didn't seem to concerned with it. guess if it falls on someone its their lawsuit.
