waller should have told the superintendent or his foreman. It is no wonder why many states are requiring electricians to have a license. I have one and firmly believe all electricians should have to. When I took my exam it was 50 questions and 5 or 10 equations and you had to have at least an 80% to pass. Then after you get it you must pay every year to renew it last year was $50.00 this year is probably more but is far better than getting
caught doing electrical work without one
considering it can be up to a $500.00 fine per violation.
